e-Delivery — I prepare your business or law firm for secure electronic correspondence

I explain what an e-Delivery address is, help choose the right mailbox option and guide you through the next setup steps.

When to start the conversation

Correspondence should be organised beyond ordinary email

e-Delivery may be the right solution for a business, law firm or trusted profession that wants to send and receive formal correspondence electronically.

  • you are starting a new business or changing how correspondence is handled;
  • you need contact with public administration;
  • you want to reduce paper correspondence in your organisation;
  • you are unsure which mailbox option and number of users are appropriate;
  • you already have an e-Delivery address and are considering moving it to Certum.

What the service provides

It is not an ordinary email address

An e-Delivery mailbox is used to send and receive electronic registered letters. It enables identification of the sender and recipient, and creates evidence of dispatch, receipt and reading.

Available options depend on Certum’s current offer. Before choosing, I check with you which model makes practical sense.

How I guide the setup

From establishing your needs to a working mailbox

01

I establish the situation

I check who will use the mailbox, who you correspond with and whether you already have an e-Delivery address.

02

I select the option

I explain the differences between the options and point to one matching your scale of work.

03

I guide the formalities

I help with the application and explain how identity verification works in your specific situation.

04

I help you start working

I explain the first steps: mailbox access, sending and receiving items, and organising users’ work.

Existing address

Already have an e-Delivery address? I will check whether moving it makes sense

If you already use an e-Delivery address with another provider, I first check its status and how you use it. I do not assume that changing provider is necessary.

Short answers

Is e-Delivery the same as email?

No. It is a separate service for formal electronic correspondence, with a defined way to identify parties and evidence connected to an item.

Does everyone need a paid option?

Not always. The right solution depends on the number of users, communication needs and scale of correspondence.

Can you help if I already have an e-Delivery address?

Yes. I will review your situation and explain whether keeping the current solution or moving the address makes sense.
