Controller and contact
The controller of personal data is MNet Maciej Maciejewski, ul. Lipowa 63, 66-415 Chwalęcice, Poland, VAT ID PL5992518434. For privacy and personal-data matters, contact admin@mnet.com.pl.
What data I process and why
I process data provided during a telephone call, in an email or while handling a matter, including contact details and the content of the enquiry. I use it to respond to an enquiry, take steps before entering into a contract, perform a contract, meet legal obligations, and establish, pursue or defend claims.
The applicable legal basis is, as appropriate, Article 6(1)(b), (c) or (f) GDPR. Providing contact details is voluntary, but may be necessary to receive a response or have a matter handled.
Website measurement after consent
Only after the relevant consent is given in cookie settings, I use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and performance, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure clicks on phone numbers and the email address after an advertisement. I do not use remarketing or ad personalisation. Details of consent categories and cookies are available in the Cookie Policy.
Recipients and international transfers
Data may be received by categories of providers needed to run MNet and handle a specific matter: hosting and email providers, accounting, IT providers, Google — only to the extent activated after cookie consent — and a partner delivering the selected service, such as Certum. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area; information about Google's privacy practices is available in the Google Privacy Policy.
Retention period
I retain enquiry data that does not lead to a contract for 3 years from the last contact. I retain data related to contracts, accounting and legal duties for the period required by applicable law or needed to defend claims.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in applicable law, you may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time through cookie settings; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
